Born in the UK John immigrated to New Zealand in 1977. He has been married for 40 years and has 2 grown up children and 4 grandchildren. John has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree.
John is one of New Zealand’s top performing real estate salespeople and has been for more than 26 years. For the past 27 years he has consistently sold more than 10 times as many properties as the average New Zealand agent.
John is an absolute expert in marketing and negotiating to achieve the best price for his vendors and has sold over 1,450 properties which is probably more than any other real estate salesperson from any other company in West Auckland and certainly is in the top 1% in New Zealand.
John was one of Ray White’s World Wide Elite Performers and achieved Elite status for 13 consecutive years. In September 2015 John joined Barfoot and Thompson the Auckland real estate market leaders who sell around one third of all houses in Auckland.
