Hello,
The number of sales in January was only 7 on Te Atatu Peninsula. This reflects the Barfoot and Thompson report that the number of listings in December 2015 was the lowest for 20 years. The median selling price was $880,000 which was a big increase on December at $762,000 but exaggerated by a small number of higher price sales. The average days to sell was up to 65 but the long quiet (real estate wise) holiday period affects the length of time on the market. There were no sales over $1,000,000.
